Existing Equipment Lease

Existing Equipment Lease. Shall mean the Master Equipment Lease Agreement, dated as of September 24, 1997 (Apple South Trust No. 97-1), between the Existing Equipment Lessor, as "Owner Trustee" and "Lessor" thereunder, and the Borrower, as "Lessee" thereunder, together with all exhibits and schedules thereto, and all modifications and amendments thereto.
