Example Definitions of "Existing Exchange Securities"
Existing Exchange Securities. Shall mean the 7.625% Senior Notes due 2022 issued to Holders in accordance with the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of May 2, 2012, in exchange for the Existing Securities.
Existing Exchange Securities. Collectively the Company's $300,000,000 original aggregate principal amount of 75/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 issued and sold on August 14, 2009 and the securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture and the registration rights agreement dated August 14, 2009 among the Company, the guarantors party thereto and the purchasers party thereto
