Existing Holder

Existing Holder. Means any of the following persons owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Shares or any permitted assignee of rights under this Agreement: Development Capital Ventures, LP; William Roberts, an individual; and Steve Runkel, an individual. 1 1.6

Existing Holder. Any Person who, together with all Affiliates, Beneficially Owned shares of Common Stock in excess of 4.90% of the shares of Common Stock then outstanding immediately before the first public announcement hereof.

Existing Holder. Means a holder of "Registrable Securities" as defined in and as subject to any of the Existing Registration Rights Agreements

Existing Holder. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble, and refers to the Holders of equity securities of Virtuoso, party to that certain Registration Rights Agreement with Virtuoso dated as of January 21, 2021.
