Existing Indebtedness

Existing Indebtedness. No indebtedness of the Company is senior to this Note in right of payment, whether with respect to interest, damages or upon liquidation or dissolution or otherwise.

Cullen dated August 19, 2024 in the principal amount of $50,000, (2) Thomas X. Neenan dated August 22, 2024 in the principal amount of $50,000, and (3) Myriad Properties, LLC dated August 23, 2024 in the principal amount of $500,000; and (B) the Term Promissory Note dated July 24, 2024 issued by the Company and Cancer... Existing Indebtedness. Indebtedness and other obligations outstanding under that certain Loan and Security Agreement No. 1991, dated as of March 21, 2011, as in effect on the date hereof by and between Borrower and Current Lender (the "Lighthouse Agreement").
