Existing Indentures. Means (i) that certain indenture dated as of November 1, 1991 by and between the Guarantor and U.S. Bank Trust National Association (successor to Continental Bank, National Association), as trustee, and (ii) that certain indenture dated as of November 1, 2000 by and between the Guarantor and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as amended.
