Example Definitions of "Existing Loan Documents"
Existing Loan Documents. Shall mean and refer to the Note, the Deed of Trust, and all other Loan Documents entered into by the Owings Seller and the Prescott Seller, respectively, with respect to the Existing Loan;
Existing Loan Documents. Shall mean the Loan Documents (as defined in the Existing Loan Agreement), in each instance, as in effect immediately prior to the Petition Date.
