Existing Loan Liabilities. The outstanding balance of the loans from the Existing Lender to Chester Springs SC, LLC (the "Chester Springs Loan Liabilities") and RSSC, LLC (the "RSSC Loan Liabilities"),including, without limitation, all principal, interest and other amounts due under the Existing Loan Documents, as of the Closing Date.
