Example Definitions of "Existing Note"
Existing Note. Shall mean that certain Promissory Note dated November 28, 2000, in the original principal amount of $150,000, executed by Maker and payable to the order of Holder.
Existing Note. Shall have the meaning provided in the Recitals to this Note.
Existing Note. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
