Existing Notes

Existing Notes. Shall mean AMC Entertainment Inc.'s 9-1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011, 9-7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 and 8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014.

Existing Notes. The $525,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020 issued by the Company under the Indenture on April 25, 2012, December 10, 2012 and May 12, 2017

(now known as Small World Kids, Inc.), in favor of Eddy Goldwasser, in the stated principal amount of "$700,000 (Subject to Adjustment)"... (collectively, the "SELLER NOTE"), (ii) the Term Note, dated May 20, 2004, by Savon Team Sports, Inc. (now known as Small World Kids, Inc.), in favor of SWT, LLC, in the stated principal amount of $5,000,000 (the "SWT NOTE"), (iii) the Promissory Note, dated September __, 2004, by Grantor, in favor of St. Cloud Capital Partners L.P., in the stated principal amount of $2,000,000 (the "ST. CLOUD NOTE"), and (iv) the Promissory Note, dated September 17, 2004, by Grantor, in favor of Strome Hedgecap Ltd and/or Strome Investment Management, in the stated principal amount of $1,200,000 (the "STROME NOTE").
