Existing Notes. The $525,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020 issued by the Company under the Indenture on April 25, 2012, December 10, 2012 and May 12, 2017

Means the $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Issuer's 9.25% Senior Notes due 2014 issued on October 30, 2006 and any debt securities of the Issuer exchanged for such 9.25% Senior Notes due 2014 and identical in all material respects to such notes (except that the interest rate step-up provisions and the transfer restrictions will be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).
