Existing Proprietary Rights. All inventions, original works of authorship, developments, improvements and trade secrets that Executive has, alone or jointly with others, made, conceived, developed or reduced to practice or caused to be made, conceived, developed or reduced to practice prior to the Effective Date, whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright or similar statutes, a list of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.
