Existing Senior Debt Documents. Shall mean, collectively and as may be amended, supplemented, replaced, refinanced, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement: (a) the Senior Credit Agreement; (b) those certain Senior Secured Convertible Notes of even date herewith executed by the Company in favor of each of the Senior Lenders; (c) the First Lien Security And Pledge Agreement; (d) the First Lien Canadian Security And Pledge Agreement; (e) the First Lien Guaranty; and (f) the other "Transaction...
