Existing Stepan Intellectual Property

Existing Stepan Intellectual Property. Means any Intellectual Property owned by, or licensed to, Stepan that was or is made, conceived, developed, reduced to practice or acquired by Stepan prior to the Effective Date or independent of this Agreement or the Initial Screening Phase or the Joint Development Activities.
