Existing Subordinated Notes. Shall mean, collectively, the 121⁄4% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 in the original principal amount of $100,000,000, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
