Existing Trade Dress

Existing Trade Dress. Shall mean the trade dress of the Harmony System and/or Aria System used as of the Effective Date, which the Parties acknowledge is set forth in Exhibit B, or any trade dress substantially similar to such trade dress of the Harmony System or Aria System used as of the Effective Date.
