Existing Warrants

Existing Warrants. The meaning set forth in Recital B to this Agreement.

Existing Warrants. Means (a) the warrants issued to Warburg Pincus Private Equity X, L.P. Existing Warrants. The warrants issued pursuant to the Warrant Agreement to acquire 8,823,529 shares of common stock of the Company, in the aggregate, and expiring on December 13, 2012.

Existing Warrants. Each of the Investors is currently a party to or a beneficial holder of a Warrant exercisable for Warrant Shares in the amount set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, which amount of Warrant Shares represents more than fifty percent (50%) of all Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of all Warrants.
