Expansion Cap Ex Project. Individual reference to and 'Expansion Cap Ex Projects' shall mean collective reference to each of the expansion capital expenditure projects shown on the Cap Ex Variance Analysis, as supplemented and/or revised from time to time, and on each Capital Expenditure budget delivered by Borrowers to Lenders from time to time during the term of the Credit Facility.
