Example Definitions of "Expansion Date"
Expansion Date. The earlier of (i) the date that Tenant occupies any portion of the Expansion Premises and begins conducting business therein, and (ii) February 1, 2024
Expansion Date. Means (a) April 10, 2000 with respect to that portion of the Additional Premises described in Paragraph 1.1 (c): and (b) May 15,2000 with respect to that portion of the Additional Premises described in Paragraphs 1.1 (a) and (b). The Additional Premises shall be delivered to Tenant vacuum clean and in good condition and repair, free from the occupancy of any other person.
Expansion Date. Shall mean the later of: (a) July 1, 2014, or (b) the date on which Landlord Substantially Completes the Landlord Work and delivers occupancy of the Expansion Area to Tenant, provided, however, that if Substantial Completion is delayed because of Tenant Delay, the Landlord Work will be deemed to have been Substantially Completed on the date Landlord would have completed the same absent the Tenant Delay.
Expansion Date. The date on which Landlord Substantially Completes the Landlord Work and delivers occupancy of the Expansion Area to Tenant
Expansion Date. Shall mean the date Tenant takes occupancy of the Expansion Area, but in no event later than thirty days after Landlord delivers possession of the Expansion Area to Tenant.
