Expansion. Means the construction of necessary pipeline, compression and appurtenant facilities to increase Florida Gas's capability to deliver gas along its main pipeline system, generally from Compressor Station 8 in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, to Compressor Station 20 in St. Lucie County, Florida, and all gas purchase, transportation and sale agreements relating to the increased capacity resulting from the expansion.
