Expense Stop. The Expense Stop will be established during the 12-month period of 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the "Base Year"). During the Base Year, Tenant shall pay only Base Rental; Tenant shall have no liability for any adjustments to Base Rental pursuant to Section 6 of this Lease for the Base Year.
