Expense. Shall mean attorneys' fees and all other costs, expenses and obligations paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing for any of the foregoing, any Proceeding relating to any Indemnifiable Event, including, without limitation, expert or other witness fees and the cost of responding or objection to any subpoena or other discovery request in any Proceeding relating to any Indemnifiable Event, incurred in... connection with any appeal resulting from any Proceeding, including without limitation the premium, security for, and other costs relating to any cost bond, supersedeas bond, or other appeal bond or its equivalent.
