Expiration Date. Means the third anniversary of the date hereof; provided, that if a written notice is not given by the Company or the Executive at least 90 days prior to such anniversary (or any subsequent anniversary if this Agreement is extended) stating that such party is electing to terminate the Employment Period, then the Expiration Date will automatically be extended to the next anniversary of the date hereof.
