Exploit

Exploit. Means to make, have made, import, use, sell, offer for sale or otherwise dispose of a product or process, including the research, development, registration, modification, enhancement, improvement, Manufacture, storage, formulation, optimization, export, transport, distribution, promotion or marketing of a product or process.

Exploit. And "Exploitation" means to design, develop, publish, manufacture, produce, advertise, promote, market, distribute, sell, use and otherwise exploit (but not sublicense except as provided herein).

Exploit. To sell, offer for sale, import, export, transport, register, distribute, promote and market, together with other activities typically associated with maximizing the market penetration, profit margins and commercialization of a diagnostic medical product that is marketed to hospitals and clinical laboratories for professional use and to doctors' offices, insurance companies, military facilities, and other Point of Care clinics, as well as to the public for self-testing.

Exploit. And Exploitation mean to develop, make, have made, manufacture, research, use, sell, have sold, offer for sale, commercialize, distribute, import and export.

Exploit. "Exploiting", or "Exploitation" would mean to make, have made, import, use, sell, or offer for sale, including to research, develop, commercialize, register, modify, enhance, improve, manufacture, have manufactured, hold or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), formulate, optimize, have used, export, transport, distribute, promote, market, have sold or otherwise dispose of.

Exploit. Collectively, to Develop, Manufacture and Commercialize, including to have Developed, to have Manufactured, to have Commercialized, and otherwise to commercially exploit. "Exploitation" has a correlative meaning
