Exploitation

Exploitation. Shall mean research, development, making, having made, importing, having imported, using, having used, selling, having sold, offering for sale, having offered for sale, and otherwise exploiting.

Exploitation. Means to make, have made, import, use, sell, offer for sale, or otherwise dispose of, including any and all discovery, research, development, registration, modification, enhancement, improvement, manufacture, storage, formulation, exportation, transportation, distribution, promotion and marketing activities related thereto.

Exploitation. The commercial exploitation of the Individual's Background IPR, the Foreground IPR, and/or any Patent, and "Exploit" shall be construed accordingly
