ExportRelated Inventory

ExportRelated Inventory. Shall mean inventory of the Debtor that is located in the United States that has been purchased, manufactured or otherwise acquired by the Debtor for resale pursuant to a written export order or contract for the purchase by a buyer of finished goods or services that are intended for export from the United States.
