Example Definitions of "Extended Due Diligence Period"
Extended Due Diligence Period. A fifteen (15) day extension of the Due Diligence Period, ending at 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 2005. Buyer shall have the right to extend the Due Diligence Period for the Extended Due Diligence Period by giving Seller written notice thereof prior to the end of the Due Diligence Period.
