Extended Financing Period

Extended Financing Period. The period beginning the date of this Agreement and ending 30 days after the Company's public announcement of its receipt of written notice from the FDA granting the Company the right to commercialize and market (i.e. formal approval of the Company's pre-market application for) its OrCel product for the treatment of venous leg ulcers.
