Extended Offering Period

Example Definitions of "Extended Offering Period"
Extended Offering Period. Shall mean a period of approximately twenty-four (24) months, commencing on the date or dates so specified by the Board, during which options granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised. The duration, commencement and termination of Extended Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Extended Offering Period. Shall mean a period of approximately twelve (12), eighteen (18) or twenty-four (24) months, commencing on the date or dates so specified by the Board, during which options granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised. The duration, commencement and termination of Extended Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
