Example Definitions of "Extension Fee"
Extension Fee. An extension fee (the "Extension Fee") in an aggregate amount equal to 0.075% of such Extending Lender's Extended Commitments (which, for purposes of determining the Extension Fee, shall be deemed not to include the Assigned Commitments, if any, of such Extending Lender)
Extension Fee. An extension fee (the "Extension Fee") in an aggregate amount equal to 0.075% 0.05% of such Extending Lender's Extended Commitments (which, for purposes of determining the Extension Fee, shall be deemed not to include the Assigned Additional Credit Commitments, if any, of such Extending Lender)

Extension Fee. A payment (the "Extension Fee") in an amount equal to (a) 0.15% of the aggregate amount of each Joining Lender's respective Term Loans as of the Joinder Effective Date.
Extension Fee. Shall mean a non-refundable fee equal to 0.25% of the outstanding Principal Amount and payable simultaneously with Borrower's delivery of the Extension Notice relating to the Second Extension Option or the Third Extension Option, as the case may be.

Extension Fee. Extension Fee means the extension fee set forth in that certain fee letter, dated as of December 2, 2005 between Administrative Agent and Borrowers.
