Extension Period Compensation

Extension Period Compensation. The compensation outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference during the Extension Period, in accordance with the provisions of the Current Agreement, subject to any appropriate adjustments for dates, etc. (the "Extension Period Compensation").
