EyePoint Marks

EyePoint Marks. Means those certain trademarks, trade names, designs and markings owned or licensed by EyePoint set forth on Exhibit A or designated from time to time in writing by EyePoint as available for use by Imprimis under this Agreement in connection with the promotion, marketing and solicitation of orders for the Products in the Territory.
