Eyewear Licenses

Eyewear Licenses. Means the licenses held today or hereafter acquired by Borrower pursuant to which a Person licenses to Borrower the right to manufacture, market, sell and/or distribute eyeglass frames and related eyewear accessories using trademarks, tradenames and other intellectual property owned by such Person.
