FAA Security Recordation

FAA Security Recordation. Means, with respect to any Aircraft, Aircraft Engine, or Spare Part, the recordation of an Aircraft Security Agreement (or supplemental schedule thereto, as applicable) or Engine and Spare Parts Security Agreement (or supplemental schedule thereto, as applicable), as applicable, with the FAA in accordance with the FARs, which constitutes a perfected Lien upon such Aircraft, Aircraft Engine, or Spare Part, as applicable, in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group.
