Facilities Business

Facilities Business. Shall means: (a) the ownership, operation and/or management of, or provision of services to, ambulatory surgery centers, laser vision correction or refractive centers, and other licensed and unlicensed surgical facilities; and (b) the provision of surgical equipment to physicians or other health care providers, which surgical equipment 5 includes, without limitation, refractive surgery equipment and cataract removal equipment (e.g., phaco machines).
