Facility LC Commitment

Facility LC Commitment. Means the commitment of each Lender to participate in Facility LCs issued by an Issuer in the amount not exceeding that set forth opposite its signature below or on its Lender Addendum or as set forth in any assignment executed pursuant to Section 12.3.1, as modified from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.
