Facility Limit

Facility Limit. Means at any time $250,000,000, as such amount may be increased in accordance with Section 2.17 or reduced in accordance with Section 2.16 or 2.17; provided that such amount may not at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments then in effect.

Facility Limit. Means $275,000,000; provided that such amount may not at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments at any time in effect; provided, further, that from and after the Termination Date the Facility Limit shall at all times equal the Net Investment plus the Aggregate Interest Component.
