Facility Period

Facility Period. The period beginning on this date and continuing until May 27, 2004, unless the period is terminated sooner (i) by Bank at any time with notice to Borrower after the occurrence of an Event of Default, (ii) by Borrower pursuant to Section 4.3, or (iii) upon an Event of Default.

Facility Period. The period starting on 29 August 2014 and ending on the date falling 5 years thereafter, or such shorter period as provided by the terms of this Agreement;

Facility Period. The period starting on 1 April 2019 and ending on the date falling 5 years thereafter;
