Facility Termination Date

Facility Termination Date. Means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than (x) contingent indemnification obligations and (y) obligations and liabilities under Secured Cash Management Agreements and Secured Hedge Agreements as to which arrangements satisfactory to the applicable Cash Management Bank or Hedge Bank have been made), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than... Facility Termination Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) January 20, 2010, or (ii) the date that the Total Commitment is terminated pursuant to Section 10.2 hereof.

Facility Termination Date. Means April 1, 2004, or any earlier date on which the Aggregate Commitment is reduced to zero or otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms hereof.

Facility Termination Date. In Exhibit I shall be amended by replacing the reference to "October 5, 2010" with "October 4, 2011".
