Factor V Patents. Means (a) patents and/or patent applications of bioMérieux specified in Exhibit A-1 and any patents subsequently granted to such applications, (b) all other United States and foreign patents of bioMérieux issuing on or after the date hereof which rely for priority on one or more patent applications in the priority claim of any of the patents specified in Exhibit A-1, as well as (c) any substitutions, continuations, continuations in part, renewals, reissues, revisions, confirmations or... registrations, extensions, re-examinations, amendments and divisions of any of the patents or patent applications identified in sub-clauses (a) and (b) of this Section 1.9 and foreign counterparts of all of the foregoing.
