Factor V

Factor V. Means the Factor V gene, which comprises the single mutation as described in the relevant patents listed in Exhibit A-1, and/or the corresponding Factor V/Va protein expressed by said gene, said single mutation to be used for the detection of a condition associated with a poor anticoagulant response to activated protein C.
