Fair Market Value

Fair Market Value. The last quoted per share selling price for Shares in ordinary trading on the relevant date, or if there were no sales on such date, the last quoted per share selling price for Shares in ordinary trading on the nearest day before the relevant date

Fair Market Value. Of assets or securities (other than Common Stock) shall mean the fair market value as reasonably determined by the Board of Directors of the Company in good faith in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Fair Market Value.
