Fair Market Value. On any given date, the mean between the high and low prices of actual sales of Common Stock on the principal national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed on such date, or, if the Common Stock was not so listed, the average closing bid price of the stock for each of the five trading days prior to such date

Fair Market Value. Fair Market Value.
