Fair Market Value. On any given date, the mean between the high and low prices of actual sales of Common Stock on the principal national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed on such date, or, if the Common Stock was not so listed, the average closing bid price of the stock for each of the five trading days prior to such date

Fair Market Value. The weighted average trading price of Class A Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the five trading days immediately preceding the date on which the fair market value is to be determined. Fair Market Value. Shall mean, on a given date of valuation, (i) with respect to any mutual fund, the closing net asset value as reported in The Wall Street Journal with respect to the date of valuation and (ii) with respect to a security traded on a national securities exchange or the NASDAQ National Market, the closing price on the date of valuation as reported in The Wall Street Journal.
