Example Definitions of "Fair Market Value"
Fair Market Value. Of the Common Stock of the Company shall be the last reported sale price of the Common Stock as reported by The Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") on the day of the grant of the Option, and if such date is not a trading day, then the last reported sale price of the last trading day immediately preceding the day of the grant of the Option.
Fair Market Value. As of any applicable date, the closing sales price of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange-Composite Transactions Tape on such date, or, if no sale of Common Stock has been recorded on such date, then on the next preceding date on which a sale was so made. In the event the Common Stock is not admitted to trade on a securities exchange, the Fair Market Value as of any given date shall be as determined in good faith by the Board
Fair Market Value. The average of the highest and the lowest quoted selling price of a share of Common Stock as reported on the composite tape for securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange, or such other national securities exchange as may be designated by the Committee, or, in the event that the Common Stock is not listed for trading on a national securities exchange but is quoted on an automated system, on such automated system, in any such case on the valuation date (or, if there were no sales on the... valuation date, the average of the highest and the lowest quoted selling prices as reported on said composite tape or automated system for the most recent day during which a sale occurred). Fair Market Value. The fair market value of the property or other items being valued, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion.
