Fair Market Value

Fair Market Value. Of the Common Stock of the Company shall be the last reported sale price of the Common Stock as reported by The Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") on the day of the grant of the Option, and if such date is not a trading day, then the last reported sale price of the last trading day immediately preceding the day of the grant of the Option.

Fair Market Value. As of any applicable date, the closing sales price of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange-Composite Transactions Tape on such date, or, if no sale of Common Stock has been recorded on such date, then on the next preceding date on which a sale was so made. Fair Market Value. Fair Market Value. The fair market value of the property or other items being valued, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion. Fair Market Value.
