Example Definitions of "Fair Market Value"
Fair Market Value. The average of the highest and lowest price at which a share of Stock was sold the regular way on the New York Stock Exchange on a specified date, as reported by any stock transaction reporting service or data source selected by the Committee.
Fair Market Value. Not exceeding $325,000,000
Fair Market Value. Means, unless the Administrator determines otherwise, as of any date, either the closing sale price for the Common Stock or the closing bid if no sales were reported, or the average of the bid and ask prices, as selected by the Administrator in its discretion, as reported in such source as the Administrator shall determine.

Fair Market Value. With respect to a share of Common Stock for any purpose on a particular date: the price as determined by the Board. For all purposes under the Plan, the term "relevant date" as used in this definition means the date as of which Fair Market Value is to be determined in the Administrator's sole discretion

Fair Market Value. Fair Market Value.
