Family Donee

Family Donee. With respect to individual Stockholders, (i) such Stockholder's parents, spouse, adult lineal descendants and siblings, (ii) the adult spouses of such siblings, the adult spouses of such lineal descendants and the parents of such spouse, and (iii) trusts for the benefit of any of such individuals or their children.
