Means that certain Loan Agreement dated as of January 2, 2008, by and among Fashion Show Mall LLC, as borrower, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent, and certain banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time party thereto, as amended or modified from time to time.
