FCFCs Costs

FCFCs Costs. Means and includes: (a) filing, recording, publication and search fees incurred by FCFC relating to Borrower; all costs and expenses incurred by FCFC in the enforcement of its rights and remedies under this Agreement, or defending this Agreement or its security interest in the Collateral; (b) long distance telephone and facsimile charges, the expenses of field examiners; (c) all expenses for travel, lodging and food incurred by FCFC's personnel in collecting the Accounts or realizing upon the... Collateral; (d) all costs and expenses incurred in gaining possession of, maintaining, handling, preserving, storing, repairing, shipping, selling, preparing for sale and advertising to sell the Collateral, whether or not a sale is consummated; (e) all expenses involved in fulfilling in whole or in part any purchase order from an account debtor; and (f) reasonable attorney's fees and expenses incurred by FCFC as provided for in this Agreement, including a reasonable fee for the services of attorneys employed by FCFC for any purpose related to this Agreement or the Obligations, including consultation, drafting documents, sending notices or instituting, prosecuting or defending litigation or arbitration.
