The letter usually sent by the FDA to a sponsor of a clinical trial within 100 days after the sponsor's filing of a pre-market application for commercial sales of a drug or device, such letter from the FDA in this instance being in response to the Company's pre-market application for its OrCel product for the treatment of venous leg ulcers.
