Example Definitions of "FD&C Act"
FD&C Act. Means (a) the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and all regulations promulgated thereunder, or (b) with respect to countries in the Territory other than the United States, any foreign laws, statutes, rules or regulations fulfilling a role similar to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (and all regulations promulgated thereunder), as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
FD&C Act. Shall mean the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301, et seq. ), as amended from time to time.
FD&C Act. Shall mean the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and includes the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
FD&C Act. The United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended (including, without limitation, by the Drug Quality and Security Act), and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
FD&C Act. "FD&C" Act shall mean the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
FD&C Act. The United States Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and regulations promulgated thereunder, as each may be amended from time to time.
FD&C Act. Means the u.s. federal food, drug, and cosmetic act, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
