The product of a Group's Separate Group Taxable Income, computed for federal income tax purposes, and the highest federal income tax rate imposed under the Code on the Taxable income of a corporation for the relevant Taxable period (or portion thereof), reduced by any Tax credits that the Group would be able to use if it were calculating its federal income Tax liability on a stand-alone basis
