Fee Above a Plane. That portion of Lot 58 containing the volume of space which lies (i) above a horizontal plane having an elevation commencing twelve (12) feet above the existing roof of the Lot 58 Existing Building (other than that portion of the roof containing the bulkhead) and (ii) above a horizontal plane having an elevation commencing fifteen (15) feet above the existing bulkhead of the Lot 58 Existing Building, as more specifically defined in the ZLDA.
